የመስቀል ደመራ በዓልን በዓለም አቀፍ ቅርስነት በዩኔስኮ የማስመዝገብ ሂደት ያለበት ሁኔታ (አጭር ዜና)

የመስቀል ደመራ በዓልን በዩኔስኮ (የተባበሩት መንግሥታት የትምህርት፣የሳይንስ እና የባሕል ኮሚሽን) በዓለም አቀፍ ቅርስነት ለማስመዝገብ የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋህዶ ቤተክርስቲያን ማመልከቻ አቅርባ እንደነበር ይታወቃል።ይህንንኑ የምዝገባ ሂደት የሚመለከተው የዩኔስኮ ልዑካን በዛሬው የአዲስ አበባ የመስቀል ደመራ በዓል ላይ ተገኝተው ነበር።በነገራችን ላይ በዓለም ላይ ካሉ ሀገሮች ውስጥ 300 ቅርሶች የመዝገቡልን ጥያቄ ለዩኔስኮ ቀርበው 240 ዎቹ ውድቅ ሲሆኑ 60 ጥያቄዎች በዩኔስኮ እየተጠኑ ነው።ከእነኚህ 60 ''የዓለም ቅርስ'' ምዝገባ ጥያቄ ውስጥ በኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋህዶ ቤተክርስቲያን የሚከበረው የደመራ መስቀል በዓል አንዱ ሆኗል።በዛሬው የደመራ በዓል ላይ የተገኘው የዩኔስኮ ልዑካን ቡድን በዓሉን በዓለም ቅርስነት እንደሚመዘግብ ተስፋ እናደርጋለን።

በመሰረቱ የመስቀል ደመራ በዓል ማክበር ከሚገባቸው ሃገራት ውስጥ አውሮፓውያን ዋነኞቹ ሊሆን ይገባቸው ነበር (http://gudayachn.blogspot.no/2013/09/blog-post_22.html)።ለዘመናት  ተቀብሮ የነበረው የክርስቶስ መስቀል በሮሙ ንጉስ ቆስጠንጢኖስ እናት ንግስት እሌኒ መገኘቱን ሳስብ አውሮፓ ማክበሩ ባይሳካላት በክብር ለያዘችው ኢትዮጵያ የዓለም ቅርስ ሆኖ እንዲከበር ማገዝ ይገባታል ለማለት እደፍራለሁ። ከእዚህ ጋር በተያያዘ በዓሉ የዓለም ቅርስ ሆኖ የመመዝገቡ ፋይዳ ብዙ ነው።ከፋይዳዎቹ ውስጥ የሚጠቀሰው በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ የማስተዋወቁ ሥራ ከመጠናከሩ በላይ የቱሪስት ፍሰት እንደሚጨምር ይታመናል።በመሆኑም ዩኔስኮ በዓሉን በዓለም አቀፍ ቅርስነት እንዲመዘግብ በውጭ የሚኖሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን እና የኢትዮጵያ ወዳጆች ምን ማድረግ ይችላሉ? መጤን ያለበት ጥያቄ ነው።


ዩኔስኮ አንድን ቅርስ ወይም ባህላዊ ስርዓት በዓለም ቅርስነት ለመመዝገብ ከእዚህ በታች ያሉትን አስር መስፈርቶች ቢያንስ አንዱን ማሟላት እንዳለበት መተዳደርያ ደንቡ ያዛል።በዓለም ቅርስነት ምዝገባውን የሚያፀድቀው ኮሚቴ የሚሰበሰበው በዓመት አንዴ መሆኑ ይታወቃል።
ዩኔስኮ በዓለም ቅርስነት ለመመዝገብ የሚያስቀምጣቸው አስሩ መስፈርቶች ከእዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱት ናቸው።

1. (i)  represent a masterpiece of human creative genius;
   
2. (ii)  exhibit an important interchange of human values, over a span of time or within a cultural area of the world, on developments in architec- ture or technology, monumental arts, town- planning or landscape design;
   
3. (iii)  bear a unique or at least exceptional testimony to a cultural tradition or to a civilization which is living or which has disappeared;
   
4. (iv)  be an outstanding example of a type of build- ing, architectural or technological ensemble or landscape which illustrates (a) significant stage(s) in human history;
   
5. (v)  be an outstanding example of a traditional human settlement, land-use, or sea-use which is representative of a culture (or cultures), or human interaction with the environment espe- cially when it has become vulnerable under the impact of irreversible change;
   
6. (vi)  be directly or tangibly associated with events
   or living traditions, with ideas, or with beliefs, with artistic and literary works of outstanding universal significance. (The Committee considers that this criterion should preferably be used in conjunction with other criteria);
   
7. (vii)  contain superlative natural phenomena or areas of exceptional natural beauty and aesthetic importance;
   
8. (viii)  be outstanding examples representing major stages of earth’s history, including the record of life, significant on-going geological processes in the development of landforms, or significant geomorphic or physiographic features;
   
9. (ix)  be outstanding examples representing signifi- cant on-going ecological and biological processes in the evolution and development of terrestrial, fresh water, coastal and marine ecosystems and communities of plants and animals;
   
10. (x)  contain the most important and significant natural habitats for in-situ conservation of biological diversity, including those containing threatened species of outstanding universal value from the point of view of science or conservation.
